Yes, we'd be happy to provide a product demonstration. For an in-person experience, you are welcome to visit our headquarters in Zurich. To minimize magnetic field leakage, our couplings feature steel housings that redirect the field internally. Any residual field is within the expected range for typical austenitic stainless steels.

We aim to be as transparent as possible with our prices and will include potential additional costs, like installation and service fees, on our quotations.
Please note that some aspects of pricing are out of our control, such as additional fees in regards to customs, tariffs and shipping. We try to point those out to you where we can and are glad to answer any question in regards to this to the best of our abilities.We maintain stringent quality control through a multi-stage inspection process. All incoming goods are carefully checked, our experienced engineers in Zurich perform quality checks during assembly, and every single finished product undergoes a 100% final inspection to ensure it meets our high standards.
Warranty: We offer a 2-year warranty on all products, starting from the date of shipment. This covers manufacturing defects.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Standard Products: Unused standard products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange for another product. Please contact our sales team to initiate a return.
- Customised Products: Due to the unique nature of customised products, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team member responsible for your project directly.
