This SAE module is part of Ferrovac’s modular Sample Environment system including the Attocube ANR240RES/LT rotator. It features the standardized SAE mechanical interface on one side for mounting to a cryostat via the ADCRHFST400SAE Adapter.

The housing is manufactured from oxygen-free copper with gold plating, ensuring excellent thermal conductivity. Titanium interface elements match the coefficient of thermal expansion of the Attocube rotator and provide fully non-magnetic operation.

Important: This version includes the Attocube ANR240 positioner poitioner package with control electronics and cabling.

All SAE modules support the installation of various temperature sensors, including Pt100, Pt1000, Cernox, diodes, and thermocouples. A side-mounted cable channel provides secure routing and protection of the sensor wiring. A standard TMPTCR100S(500K) platinum resistor is included in the basic configuration. 

The SAECROMROTANR240 module is pre-wired with UHV-compatible bespoken lenght cables. The cables are terminated with 1mm diameter crimp pins, matching the standardized 24-pin circular connector of all Ferrovac Boomerax Inserts. Alternative wiring concepts are available on request.

The SAECROMROTANR240 module also includes a central 9 mm through-hole for optical access to the back side of the sample, making it well-suited for transmission experiments.

Integration of the Attocube ANR240 UHV/RES/LT rotational nanopositioner is included.
